Mysovskoe 5 settlement is located in the city of Tyumen, in the park named after Yu.A. Gagarina, 600 m south-west of the Parfenovo-Mys road, 120 m east of Mysovsky 2 and Mysovsky 4 settlements. From the conditional center of the settlement to Lake Krugloye, about 350 m to the southeast, from the eastern end of the monument 80 m in the same direction is the old Mysovskoye cemetery.
